MY STORY

Hi, I’m Kanyin Adio-Moses, a Business Etiquette coach, a communications expert, a Corporate Compere and a Voice-over artiste.
My journey in coaching, teaching, and mentoring blossomed during my corporate career, where my natural talent for teaching and communicating set me apart and gave me an edge in the workplace.


Over the last decade, I’ve established two successful companies, Teal Africa and Etiquette by Kanyin Ltd, in the Learning and Development space.As a highly sought-after Public Speaker, I’ve expanded my skills into Corporate compering and Voice artistry, enabling organizations and brands to effectively tell and sell their unique stories
My corporate compering services encompass a wide range of events, from panel discussions and strategy retreat sessions to product launches and team bonding sessions, as well as anchoring appraisal and year-end reviews.
In the realm of voice-over artistry, I offer a diverse set of services, including narrations, documentaries, audiobooks, commercials, and interactive voice responses (IVRs).


With over 12 years of management experience in Consulting, Investment Banking, and Communication across Nigeria and Africa, I hold an MSc in International Business Management from the University of Surrey and a BA in Accounting and Finance from the Dublin Business School.

Before founding my company, I honed my skills at Africa Practice UK, Stanbic Bank in Nigeria, and Chapel Hill Denham. I am proud to be an Alumna of the esteemed Swiss Finishing School, Institut Villa Pierrefeu, and the International School of Communication.

How we can work together:

One-day executive coaching
In these sessions, we understand the client’s needs and work around sustainable recommendations. Our objective is to ensure that the training provides the foundational techniques, skills, and concepts that learners can apply to a variety of scenarios in a one day session. We get straight to work ensuring we cover all the key learning areas.

Continuous coaching – bouquet sessions
Whilst I work with a standardized curriculum, there is no one-size-fits-all approach. I understand that the needs of a healthcare professional may be different from that of an animator, as such your coaching route is flexible, whether in-person, virtual, one-off, or continuous.
