Hi, I’m Kanyin Adio-Moses — a Business Etiquette Coach, Communications Expert, Corporate Compere, and Voice-over Artiste helping individuals and organisations communicate with confidence, clarity, and impact.
My journey into coaching and mentoring began during my corporate career, where my ability to connect with people and simplify complex ideas quickly became one of my greatest strengths. Over the last decade, I have established two learning and development companies — Teal Africa and Etiquette by Kanyin Ltd — focused on developing confident, polished, and future-ready professionals and young people.

Today, I work with corporate organisations, schools, and brands across Africa through training, speaking engagements, event hosting, and voice-over services.
As a Corporate Compere, I host conferences, panel discussions, strategy retreats, product launches, awards, and executive sessions, bringing warmth, professionalism, and engaging audience interaction to every event.


With over 12 years of experience across Consulting, Investment Banking, Communications, and Learning & Development, I hold an MSc in International Business Management from the University of Surrey and a BA in Accounting and Finance from Dublin Business School. I am also an alumna of Institut Villa Pierrefeu Swiss Finishing School and the International School of Communication.

One-day executive coaching
In these sessions, we understand the client’s needs and work around sustainable recommendations. Our objective is to ensure that the training provides the foundational techniques, skills, and concepts that learners can apply to a variety of scenarios in a one day session. We get straight to work ensuring we cover all the key learning areas.

Continuous coaching – bouquet sessions
Whilst I work with a standardized curriculum, there is no one-size-fits-all approach. I understand that the needs of a healthcare professional may be different from that of an animator, as such your coaching route is flexible, whether in-person, virtual, one-off, or continuous.
